I’ve had 2 frozen shoulders for a couple of months now. I finally decided to go to physical therapy. After 2 sessions and faithfully doing my home exercises both shoulders have started to thaw. I should have started PT months ago.
Be Kind We are always asked to understand the other person’s viewpoint no matter how out-dated foolish or obnoxious. One is asked to view their total error their life-waste with kindliness, especially if they are aged. But age is the total of our doing. They have aged badly because they have lived out of focus, they have refused to see. Not their fault? Whose fault? Mine? I am asked to hide my viewpoint from them for fear of their fear. As I read the latest thread on the academic law librarians' listserv on bike/treadmill desks for students, I can’t help but wonder if these are the same folks complaining about the high cost of legal education and massive student debt?
